Data Deletion Instructions You can ask Valavan Academy (Valavan Ventures Private Limited) to delete the personal data we hold about you, including what we received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or our websites. Last updated: 3 November 2026 How to ask Any one of these: • WhatsApp: send DELETE MY DATA to +91 93448 54990. • Email: write to grievance@valavanacademy.in with the subject "Data deletion request" and your mobile number. • Instagram or Facebook: send us a direct message saying "Delete my data". We may ask you to confirm who you are, for example with a one-time code, so that nobody else can delete your data. What we delete Your contact details, enquiry records, call notes, message history and consent records for marketing. If you have a course running, deleting your data ends your access to it, and we will tell you before we go ahead. We add you to a do-not-contact list so you get no more messages. It keeps only what is needed to honour your request. What we may keep, and why • Payment, invoice and tax records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. • Records of how your data was processed, for the minimum period the law requires. • What is needed for an open dispute or legal claim. These are kept securely and used for nothing else. How long it takes We confirm your request within 7 days and finish within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.
